01 Fill Out Application
Our application process only takes a few minutes to fill out, and once submitted, our team thoroughly reviews within 24-48 hours by one of our loan officers.
02 Due Diligence
Assuming the initial application is acceptable, our team will reach out to confirm the appropriate rates, terms and funding timelines, in as short as 14 days.
03 Loan Packaging
Assuming clear title, our team collects various documents (potential items include BPO/Appraisals, etc) and you bind the insurance with our company.
04 Closing
The loan closing is prepared, closed and you are funded.
05 Rehab/Renovations
Money for renovations is lent in draws, determined by scope of work, ranging anywhere from 2-6 parts, with draw inspections completed at each benchmark. Inspections are provided by the team at Out Fast Funding or a verified third party.
06 Project Complete
List your property and move onto the next one!!
